How do I get started?
Call or email for a free 15 minute consultation to see if Transcend Counseling is the right fit for you. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Should you choose to move forward with services, intake paperwork will be sent to you via email.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I currently accept Aetna, UHC/Optum, and Cigna.
Before your first session, please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. In-person is preferred for the initial assessment appointment if possible.
I use a secure HIPAA platform (Simple Practice) to conduct telehealth sessions which you can access via computer, tablet, or phone.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours advanced notice is required or you will be asked to pay the full cost of the session.

What are your fees?
For self-pay clients, my rate is $100 for 55 minute individual counseling session and $125 for 55 minute couples counseling session.

Do I have to be a Christian to participate in your services?
No, you will experience a safe and supportive environment regardless of your beliefs. While my counseling is done through a Christian worldview, I am happy to meet you where you are on your journey with no judgement.
